How to contact FareGrid.
FareGrid is available as a public flight-and-stay search beta. A dedicated support address and verified business details will be published here before any checkout is activated.
Booking checkout is not open yet. FareGrid currently searches supplier flight offers and has a Duffel Stays integration ready for supplier approval. It does not accept customer payment, issue tickets or create stay bookings.
Product feedbackA dedicated feedback address is being prepared for the public beta. Do not include passport, payment or other sensitive information in unsolicited feedback.
Privacy enquiriesA verified privacy contact address and the legal operator’s identity will be published before booking checkout is activated.
Booking questionsMonitored flight and stay support routes must be added before checkout is activated. Airline disruption may also require direct contact with the operating carrier; property-specific questions may require contact with the accommodation.
Business enquiriesCommercial and supplier contact details will be added once the operating business details are finalised. FareGrid is not currently accepting partnership requests through this page.
